This information is provided in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on "Protection of Personal Data" and is a legal obligation.

All employees pledge to protect the confidentiality of the information they obtain while performing their duties and to use such information only within the scope of the legislation and in performing their professional duties. All employees fully comply with the restrictions and regulations regarding the sharing of client secrets and personal information with third parties within the framework of the relevant legislation.

Personal data you have shared for receiving services or products from our institution or which has been procured from various channels by our institution is processed as the "Data Controller" under the "Protection of Personal Data Law".

Your personal data is processed for purposes such as providing our institution's products and services, establishing communication regarding the product/service you have received/will receive, using it for marketing activities if you have given permission, making product/service offers, modelling, reporting, risk monitoring, intelligence, current or new product studies of our institution and affiliates, and identifying potential customers.

Your personal data can be transferred legally to administrative and official authorities, direct or indirect shareholders of our institution, domestic and foreign affiliates, companies with which it operates as an agency/mediator, domestic and foreign third parties from whom support service is taken or will be taken, independent audit firms, and institutions allowed to transfer information under the relevant law, due to legal obligations and within legal limitations. Your personal data is processed due to regulations concerning Tax, MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board), Social Security Institution, and other legislations related to the Treasury.

Your personal data is collected through methods such as the General Directorate, Customer interviews, scanning of judicial records, market intelligence, Identity Sharing System, Address Sharing System, written applications to direct sales teams, SSI records, PTT, and other channels through which the institution communicates or may communicate with its customers in the future, and is kept for the legal periods required by the relevant legislation.

Regarding the processing of your personal data by our institution under the "Protection of Personal Data Law" Article 11; you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used appropriately, to know third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data has been transferred, to request correction of personal data if it has been processed incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for its processing no longer exist, to request notification of the correction or deletion to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you through exclusive analysis of the processed data by automated systems, and to request compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
